“For years I have considered the DAG to be the most important organization for the visual arts and artists in Durham. So I keep showing up. That is what we have to do for each other as artists. Show up.”
— Jim Lee
“When I moved to Durham I joined DAG to meet other artists and art lovers. The networking and support have been invaluable! ”

“I have been a member of DAG for 25 years. I am grateful for its support as an emerging artist, as a professional artist, as an artist with a studio business downtown, and as a retired artist.”
